Apply for funding

The organisers provide funding grants for researchers, scholars and practitioners from fields related to development, progress, and national performance. PhD candidates and young researchers are highly welcome to apply for a grant. Please note that the maximum number of funding grants for this event is 20 for participants from Romania and another 20 for participants from other countries; for more details, see the eligibility criteria.

Grant Value

Romanian participants: up to 1000 LEI/participant

Foreign participants: up to 700 EURO/participant

The participants will receive the grant in cash, on the last day of the conference. The exact amount will be calculated based on the traveling documents received by the organisers from the participants: the accommodation invoice, plane tickets and boarding passes (also train tickets or other transportation for the Romanian participants), etc.

• Presenting an accepted paper
• Must attend the whole event

Required Documentation

Short bio (including name, affiliation, position, work experience) and letter of application stating you do not have any other financial support towards the costs of the conference. These information should be uploaded as a file when applying for funding from the online from available here (you need to register first and login with your account).
